I recently created a squadron but i am struggling to find people for it. Do you know how i get more people or want to join urself? Please and thank you.

The main reason for most players joining a squad is to grind squadron vehicles.
The number of squadron research points is limited to 20,000 for 3 days and favors mainly rather large squadrons with a large amount of highly dedicated / addicted players.
As a rookie win ~600 matches it makes way more sense to join a rather large squadron instead of creating your own…
