How do align Throttle axis with AB detent

Hi

Can anyone enlighten me on how to align the physical AB detend and the idle detent with the throttle axis in WT?

Anyone? I am curious to know if the Winwing Orion2 F16 Throttle or the Thrustmaster Viper TQS will work properly with Warthunder. All info I get, it works with DCS.
