In arcade test drive I cook with my aim.But in realistic mode the cannon goes everywhere. I aim the cross hair on the target. It goes up. I put the cross hair down. It hits down. Js pls help me.

(I mean the big cannon to the bottom of the plane)

Do you have the “New 75mm Cannon” modification?

The default setting for test flight gives you a fully upgraded plane with all performance modules researched, I’m guessing that’s the difference.

Your duck might have less modifications than the test drive duck

Nope I did not buy it yet. But when u test drive something in realistic mode. All the modification are already on the plane right?

Havn’t played the duck for a hot minute but when i did, it really depended on your angle of attack and speed. Diving down from higher up will cause your shell to go higher than your reticle. Higher speed also makes it go up a bit.

You mainly just need to keep playing with it and feel it out. Also a fully stock duck will perform worse when aiming no matter what you do, so mainly focus on your weapon mods once you get it

Also test drives are a bit different from normal matches (In terms of mechanics), so one thing might work their while it doesn’t in real matches.

Yeah I’ve always believed the Test Drive map is just run locally, so no lag and international packet delivery sending things everywhere but the right place.

Thus vehicle movement, aiming and where the shot lands is a lot more accurate.

I’d think u do, since the duck is DOA in arb, but do you have the Pz.IV F2/G/H? It’s essentially a heavily modified PaK 40 of a panzer 4. Also there’s a aiming reticle u can use in cockpit view when zoomed in

Yes

If you want to change it, there’s an option in the menu prior to test flying, can’t remember exactly what it’s called but it’s something like “Vehicle Status” and the default setting is “Reference”, change it to “Current” and you’ll test fly with the vehicles current modification research settings.

If you fly with these settings and your shots are going everywhere, it’s probably the “New 75mm Cannon” mod
