I recently opened a horseshoe pouch and i got the is-2 no 321 for USSR and when i went to try it out it was no where to be found. after restarting and updating my online profile it still didnt show. I made a ticket and provided screenshots of me getting it and it not showing up, but all they said was that there is a specialist on the case and not to write anymore as to not push my ticket back. its been 3 days since i got the vehicle from the pouch and more than 24 hours since their last reply on the ticket still no vehicle. its starting to become quite annoying. any advice?

You’ve done the correct thing which was to contact support as no one here can help.
In any case, When i got vehicles from the pouch i had to refresh in-game (you said you have done this) for the vehicle to show up. All i can suggest is to try refreshing in-game again. (going to the marketplace ingame or the store, then exiting)
Then checking the is2 line, No .321 is not a premium vehicle so it won’t show up in the premium line
If it still doesn’t show then you’ll have to wait until support gets back to you.

i was checking the premium line had no idea it could even be in the other one. thank you for the help
