Horrid stutter issues, please help

Hello,

I have recently been getting these horrible stutters ever since firebird. I have tried just about everything to fix it but nothing will work. I’ve tried:

  1. Clean install
  2. Clearing cache
  3. Turning off every setting in every possible way
  4. Freeing space on my SSD
  5. Running a windows memory diagnostic (no issues reported)
  6. Tinkering with my mouse (wired/unwired)
  7. Uninstalling possible ‘trouble’ programs (such as riot guard)
  8. Reinstalling graphics drivers
  9. Going back to previous graphics drivers
  10. -vulkan

These are my system specs:

GPU: GIGABYTE RTX 4070 SUPER OC

CPU: AMD Ryzen 7 7800X3D + H150i ELITE CAPELLIX XT AIO

RAM: 32GB 5200MHz Corsair Dominator Platinum RGB

Motherboard: ASUS ROG STRIX B650E-F GAMING WIFI

Case: Corsair 5000X RGB

PSU: Corsair RM 1000x

Storage: SAMSUNG EVO 970 NVME 1TB +2 TB HDD

OS: Windows 11 64 Bit

I am genuinely beyond stuck now at what to do. My hardware is fine, I play other games absolutely fine with no such stutters. Any recommendations/help would be GREATLY appreciated as this is starting to really annoy me.

Hi Kexo,

You failed to tell us one of the most important parts, what monitor are you using?

With your specs without a doubt you are having high fps -200-300 depending on settings ( i had around 500 on 3090 with all low), do you have a G-Sync monitor? This is happening mainly for the improperly setup link between your GPU and monitor, Try limiting your fps to your monitor refresh rate.

If that doesn’t help please let me know your Driver Version (gpu) and your monitor model
