Unless I am blind, I can’t see one on the in-game model, but then again, gaijin’s model might be undetailed. There is one on the Pz.Kpfw. 754 (r) though:

I have a sloution for people who finds horns as annoying or if they get tired of the horn spamming: the addition of a separate volume bar with this mechanic. Like music and others, if you don’t like it or want to tone it down, you can lower it (or disable completely) yourself.
