Honestly, how can I play better in F-16A ADF at 13.3?

What? This isn’t a strategy. IOG is easily defeatable. All you have to do is make any sort of turn at all even by a few degrees to avoid IOG in this scenario.

I’m used to the dogfight ACM (vertical narrow scan) so I can somewhat manage without HDM but its still a considerable disadvantage compared to my 13.3 F-16D.

My efficiency with the 13.3 ADF/MLU is slightly better than with the 12.7 loadout/matchmaker.

I don’t enjoy it as much, though. I’m glad I still have the F-16AJ there.

What I like about 13.3 matchmaker is that you don’t play full uptiers very often, you face mostly 13.0-13.7 jets.

I dunno about sim, but in RB i consider ADF to still be solid enough. Biggest problem imo is modules, you ned obcenely big 50k RP to unlock AIM-120 for this platform, which mean sticking to only 2 Fox-3s for majority of your playtime. Low amount of CMs is a bit sad, but it isn’t a dealbreaker for me, because i am used to USSR jets (poor MiG-29 still has 60 dual pop CMs, which effectively means only 30 uses, same as F-14A) F-16 airframe is agile enough to either go fight at the deck with multipath and it is pretty fast to stay high and defeat missiles kinematically. And you still get plenty of 12.3-12.7 downtiers to bully the crap out of Hornets and MiG-29s.

Except 95% of lawnmowers dont do anything but fly straight expecting to be safe from multipathing( which they where to every other fox 1 until the AIM-7P)… So its very much a good strategy mate sorry you obviously never tried it lol
