We need account transfer back since i moved to pc. Wont be getting anything from the psn store until then in hopes the transfer thing comes back… sadly i have little hope

Hello, I am on the EU server, Bulgaria but can’t see the sale on the ps store. We adapted the euro as our new currency, can it be because of the transfer to euro ?
