Can’t even fire a rocket in this broken game. I get crit credit for myself and an undeserving enemy gets kill credit while he did absolutely nothing lmao. I’m not bothering to report it anywhere else since it’s generally useless. I’m posting this mainly for people to have a laugh at this incident. And a little bit to bring it to attention.

Fix your game.

Edit little update: this now seems to happen every time I fire a rocket while AA is shooting at me. Note that the AA doesn’t use proxy rounds or anything like that that could set off the rocket in my face. The rounds flying past you will somehow detonate your rockets.

On another note, maybe the AA does have invisible proxy or airburst rounds (invisible explosions) and it has a unrealistically high chance to detonate rockets once they are launched.

Rockets are now unusable. Good job.

Not a bug, similar situations have happened in real life, the F-11 Tiger accidentally being stricken by its own rounds in a dive, as well as a Dutch F-16 hitting itself in a similar firing run situation.

Dutch F-16 flies into its own bullets, scores self-inflicted hits - Ars Technica.

Dropping a high yield bomb or rocket near your plane when it hits and explodes will damage your plane just as these situations.
