Historical inaccuracy, French Aquilon camo

As I pointed out under another post that was about Flotille 11F, the camo of the Aquilon that is getting added in the Sky Odyssey update seems to be inaccurate ro real life, here is how it currently looks in war thunder dev server :

and here is how it looked in real life :

In war thunder, there is the Flotille 11F emblem on the vertical stabiliser, this flotilla did use the Aquilon, and this is indeed the version of the emblem that was used at the time they had the Aquilon, but none of the historical sources shows an Aquilon with the emblem on the vertical stabiliser, instead there is the name of the aircraft, “AQUILON” with below it a number, here 203.

Where the confusion might com from :
I think that in a first time, most of the model community couldn’t find enough pictures and assumed that the Aquilon was painted the same way as the F6F5 Hellcat, which does have the emblem. Then, because of that most results are pictures of inaccurate models of the Aquilon, and this can mislead to think that it was painted that way.

A way to fix this problem :
Maybe that a better way to make a more accurate camo for the Aquilon would be to choose a flotilla that has more picture of it, for exemple it looks like there are way more pictures of the Aquilons in the Flotille 16F.
