HESH not working at all after new update "TUSK Force"

HESH is completely unusable. Shell shatters on most vehicles even when using 183 mm HESH with 17 Kg of explosive mass.

It is in this state till 2017. Please finaly fix this round rather than make it less usefull every time.

Shell shatering is new for the shell.
