I also encounter a few tanks with no ammo in the Carousel like this. I think it’s a bug but I am not 100% sure. It’s definitely not because they brought only one round in chamber either, because they reload after firing a shot at me.

Probably chinese magic. Jokes aside, might be a bug that doesn’t show ammo there in a battle. Xray in hangar and test drive shows ammo. Or it blends in somehow.

A lot of times it happens because the round just happen to go between the gaps, it is rare but very possible, I have the ZTZ96AP myself and have survived a few shots after about 1000 games in carousel tanks. This happens to T80 a lot more but T-72 styled tanks also happens. By the way you guys do realise he is using a 2S38 right, that has minimal spall and he only hits the bottom left of the carousel so no ammos are actually hit.

you’d think after years people would already know about the non exploding ammo " feature " that just so happens to affect russian style ammo carousels
