So I currently am writing an article, and I don’t know how to create the table of contents (TOC), which includes all of the headings of the article and when I click on it it should redirect me to the concerned heading. Can anyone help me? Thanks! (I know how to create a TOC but without the links)

Nope, I’m writing it in the WarThunder Wiki editor
