Help to resolve an issue

Hi, I’m having a bit of an issue.
My game keeps getting stuck when it’s trying to connect to the server, even though my internet is working perfectly. I’ve tried reinstalling the game and downloading it through Steam, but it’s still happening.Any ideas what how to solve this?

The easiest way to solve this problem is:

  1. Restart your computer
  2. Restart your router
  3. Clear the DNS cache (in cmd: ipconfig /flushdns)
  4. Check if VPN or proxy is enabled; if so, disable it
