hey everyone, i’m stuck deciding between the usa and sweden tech trees for ground rb. i have played all the other nations (besides israel) and i haven’t really had a good time with them, the ones that did stand out however were usa and sweden. i’m at 5.7 with usa and 3.3 with sweden. for usa i like the idea of playing vehicles like the pershing and those tanks at 6.7 but i heard their top tier isn’t that great (also i just like how a lot of the usa a tanks look). sweden seems to have better mbts (from watching videos) but the grind feels slower and the early tiers have been rough. i’m looking for a nation that’s good overall with competitive top tier and decent mid tiers too. any advice would be appreciated.
My 2 cents is, dont play meta, and play what you personally are interested in.
You will have way more fun like that and won’t waste time and money getting every nation… and for what.

I am interested in USA, I like how the 6.7 tanks look (I know, dumb to judge a tank based on aesthetics), but my nation is also in the game as a sub tree (South Africa) so I was thinking of trying to get all of those vehicles but it’s in the british tech tree and I did NOT have a good time playing it.
Try Sweden! They have not really much amount of vehicles, so it shouldn’t take long for you to reach top tier both as for Air and as for Ground (I think you’ll definitely like using Gripen in TRB). Also, to be frank, Swedish stuff looks sick, I love that, if I could, I would definitely play them.

I would definitely go for Britain so you can be a patriot and get USA as well since you’re interested!
But I’ve had bad things about Britain and like I said I’ve gotten them up to 4.7 and I really didn’t have a good time, the tanks are fairly well armored and the guns are okay but the mobility as AWFUL. I think I’d rather grind USA and maybe another tech tree on the side, maybe Japan or Sweden.
Also, what was your first tech tree?

Then followed by Russia only because I am interested in Flankers, then France for the Rafale, and China for the Chinese flankers and J-20!
And finally my most recent is israel because I am so interested in the Merkava tanks!

Oh, I don’t really play Air that much, the highest BR I have air in is US at 4.7 I believe. For tanks I’m really interested in anything top tier I guess, that’s why I want to get there as fast as possible, but a fast grind is non existent in this game, I guess I want a tech tree where I’ll enjoy the tanks at all BR’s (I don’t need op tanks or anything, just tanks that can pull their weight) and also decent CAS.

Shoot I am not sure then to be honest.
I am only interested in cold war and present day vehicles so.

Hey @NАТO I wanted to ask, I’ve seen quite a few people say that France is not that bad, they said that the first rank of France is awful but from rank 3 onwards it gets good, I do find the vehicles cool and aesthetically pleasing and I wanted your opinion on whether I should grind it (I have 540+ hours on this and my previous account which I lost)

I think at toptier it is good with Leclerc having 5s autoloader iirc.
I do not have French ground, only air so I am not educated on the subject unfortunately.
Only thing I am really interested in personally in French ground is the AMX-10RC lol.
I think you should go for it if you are interested though!
Nothing is more fun than playing your fav or vehicles you just enjoy bc of real life.

Some of my friends are constantly grinding and planning what to grind next… meanwhile I sit ontop of tons of SL always flying with them or playing tanks w them with my favorite vehicles Lol
