I have been playing War Thunder for many years, and recently my account was banned because other players had accessed and used it. However, I never gave anyone permission to play on my account. The reason they were able to gain access is that my account was hacked.

Could you please advise me on what to do in this situation?

I don’t know sadly. But you can try looking at your most recent logins on the main war thunder website. if you log into the website and click your name top right and then “security settings” you should be able to see the most recent logins there somewhere.

I do not know, Support are the only ones with insight into bans of that kind. Game Masters handle in-game chat and name bans.
