Hello does anyone know how to stop this jittering textures

Play around a bit with the Anisotropy and Anti aliasing settings (primarily anti aliasing) to see if you find a combo that works better. And going by the colors you might also have some post FX setting enabled that you could play around with after testing the first two.

I will try but my colors are do to Nvidia filters I find it easier to see when colors are more Vibrant

I tired Anisotropy and Anti aliasing does not seam to change anything as far as the jittering goes lessening sharpness seems to lessen the jitter but its still there just less

At some point you are going to get jittering anyway so its just about finding a balance between it looking good and it jittering. Turning down sharpness and changing the anti aliasing to TAA and turning on SSAA to 4x might be your best bet to lower the jittering as much as possible.
