So since yesterday i get like very very heavy fps drops i go from a steady 160 to 200 fps, with my graphic settings and it suddenly in hanger or in game even go from steady high fps to a staggering 2 fps and then after a bit of lagging i jump back to my steady high fps till it drops again etc etc,
i have played other games and have no problem there if i go to my desktop the lagg dissappears also so it is truly just ingame, i am running a NVIDIA GeForce RTX 4060 Laptop GPU (8 GB)
AMD Radeon™ 610M (486 MB) with 32 RAM and AMD Ryzen 9 7940HX with Radeon Graphics (2.40 GHz)
Thank you for the report.
Based on the information provided, this does not appear to be an isolated hardware issue. Multiple players have reported similar FPS drops, stuttering, and performance degradation after recent updates, including cases where high-end systems experience sudden drops from stable frame rates to significantly lower values during battles, loading transitions, or heavy combat situations.
To help narrow down the cause, please provide the following information:
- Full system specifications (CPU, GPU, RAM, storage device).
- Current graphics API (DirectX 11, DirectX 12, or Vulkan).
- Graphics settings and whether DLSS/FSR/Frame Generation is enabled.
- Whether the issue occurs only in battles or also in the hangar and Test Drive.
- A client log (.clog) from a session where the issue occurred.
- A screenshot or recording showing FPS, GPU usage, CPU usage, and VRAM usage when the drops happen.
As initial troubleshooting steps, please try:
- Clearing the cache and compiled shader cache.
- Verifying game files through the launcher.
- Switching between DirectX 11 and DirectX 12.
- Disabling overlays (Steam, Discord, NVIDIA App, Xbox Game Bar, etc.).
- Testing with DLSS/FSR disabled.
- Monitoring GPU and CPU utilization during the FPS drops.
- Update GPU drivers.
Once the requested logs and system information are available, the community and technical moderators will be in a better position to determine whether this is a local configuration issue or a game-related performance regression.

Here in the link you find a recording of my fps drops and my settings for the graphical part, the game recognized that it had very hard fps drop that the game said it froze up wich i never had
Ive had similar issue saw something about someone setting their cpu core affinity in task manage, i think it boils down to thermal throttle - maybe check ur cpu temps
Hello,
This issue looks CPU-related. Please try the following troubleshooting steps:
-
Use DDU (Display Driver Uninstaller) to completely remove your current GPU drivers, then install the latest NVIDIA driver cleanly.
-
Check if Shader Cache is disabled and ensure it is properly configured.
-
Verify that your RAM XMP profile is enabled in BIOS.
-
Important note: if your system has dual GPU (iGPU + dGPU), the game may be switching between them automatically. Disable the integrated GPU in BIOS and force NVIDIA RTX GPU only.
-
In NVIDIA settings / NVIDIA App, ensure RTX 4060 is set as the preferred GPU.
-
Disable any CPU optimization / hybrid rendering features if enabled.
These steps should help stabilize the issue and improve performance.
- Use DDU (Display Driver Uninstaller) to completely remove your current GPU drivers, then install the latest NVIDIA driver cleanly. i have done all the other things but this one i will not do
bcs one game runs like dogshit out of nowhere lol not going to do something like that whilst the problem came out of nowhere it is a gaijin problem
bcs no other game i have trouble, the moment i go to windows no trouble system runs fine it is purely the game and not my gpu not cpu
