When will all the heat-type of shells be fixed? For some vehicles it works (T58) and for others it doesn‘t (basically everything else). It makes a lot of tanks useless asf and very annoying to grind with.
The video below is a great example of how well it “works”.

Mate what exactly is the issue shown in the video? The first shot could have damaged the ammo sure I agree, but the second shot did nothing because you were shooting at dead crew. That is not a HEAT related issue but a skill issue

M-51 is THE vehicle where heat works also.
You just need also aim. That thing is truly a beast, and problem in that was shooting dead crew as hero told it.
Imagine aiming either lil bit more down on the hull or more behind in ammos
