This is not about the copy pasted tds that everyone has that does what heatfs does at low br nullify armor, this is regarding MBT’s and how HE ruins the game if you know what you are doing.
case and point every chinese mbt just shoot the turret cheeks, gunner optics, commander optics, driver optics or the top optic (which magically phases the HE shell into the MBT and kills everyone) with anything that has 5kg of he filler (my personal favorite is the T-72A HE round) and its a 1 shot, oh wait there is more, T-90M and arena, shoots the fence looking thing just above where the hull armor ends and the HE shell will magically kill all 3 crew members it works on both side of the turret, we got more! leopards shoot them anywhere under the turret and everyone dies, shoot its commander optic or the top MG everyone dies, shoot the corners of its lower hull plate same thing, challengers shoot anything structural steel thats above the turret and boom there goes a British main crying themselves to sleep, as if you had to ask ariete shoot the upper plate the turret ring or the optics ez clap, que in the frenchies and yup turret cheeks, the entire gun breach, any optics or anything sticking out from the top full crew dead, merkava the entire bottom portion of its turret and gunner optics full crew knock out, USA BABYYYYYY ah abrams my beloved, just shoot any optics, any garnish above the turret, the giant neck and its a one tap, but oh boy it EVEN gets worse, Japan shoot the ENTIRE lower plate evey one is DEAD, shoot anywhere near the turret above it the turret itself anything sticking out from the top everyone dies, and this is using a silly HE shell fired from a 125mm not even derp gun (heck IS2 can one top all MBTs from the front with its HE shell lol) this is just ridiculous when it comes to game play, yes shooting freaking giant HE shell at a weakspot would IRL get the tank disabled but if this is the route u guys want to take than shooting any HE shell thats 50 pounds or more that has 5 pounds of TNT would knock out any tank by just shooting its upper plate lower plate the turret face and the entire crew would be gone or the tank would be disabled lol fun should be more important when we are clearly in the land of fantasy because we all know you guys just use guess work to model any mbt
