It entirely depends what aircraft, for example, the A-4K used by New Zealand till the 2000s I would put at rank VII despite the Skyhawk being retired in 1976 in American service, that’s because the A-4K could outdogfight and was on par with the F-16. However, some other vehicles like idk a CL-13 for Britain would be rank V
I have no idea, seeing as I also have no idea what BR it would be at without knowing its performance.
The Cessna 172 first flew in 1955. Strap a couple of rocket pods to the wings, what BR and Rank does it go to? See the problem?

yes very much I mean a military aircraft particularly the HC-130 though I am unsure of its first flights year
Just because a vehicle started in the 50s and went on until the 80s does not mean its the same vehicle by any means.That is such a common forum mistake to make.

At what BR would it even go?
Accordig to quick google search It has similiar speed (611km/h) to B-29 (646km/h at 9.000m).
It has no defensive arment.
It would be (relatively) modern plane with modern bomb.
At high tiers it will almost never reach the battlefield before getting intercepted.
At low tiers, it will be a (relatively) modern USAF plane with flares and modern bomb - imagine it flying at the same BR as Me262, or even lower.
You can but would be incredibly difficult.
How exactly?
There are several aircraft already in the game that lack frontal armaments. Sure they have defensive armaments but even then it’s lackluster and pretty much useless due to how weak the gun is.
This thing has 2 things going for it. The payload and speed. Simply depends on where it was dropped since pretty much 1 tallboy, 1 2000 kg bomb, and 1 100 kg bomb. Is close to the explosive yield of the MOAB.
However, that said lower BRs pretty much be somewhat fast for a cargo plane in its role of “Bomber”.
It’s a simple case of Drop bomb and RTB, that’s pretty much all it would do. Pretty much what the B5N and B6N2 do. Its also what people do with the PE-8 and its 5kg bomb or what they do with the Tallboy bomb. This would be no different.

Okay, so at what BR would you put this?
If anything is around somewhere in the 6.0 range. If I was thinking like Gaijin, however realistically would be fine at 4.3 or 5.0.

A) its a (relatively) modern USAF plane. Nothing that should be anywhere near close WW2 tanks.
B) MOAB has twice the TNT equivalent of FAB-5000.
Pe-8 can already drop FAB-5000s without fear of ground based AA, with only threat being fighters.
We dont need another no skill involved city block deleter in game at those BRs.

Even if you personally dont have problem with (relatively) modern USAF airplane at WW2 BRs, you still need to take into account the MOAB itself.
