The thing goes like
-I choose payment method, Gaijin sends me to XSolla
-XSolla requires age verification, sends me to PRIVO
-PRIVO sends me a link to use my cellphone to take a selfie and verify my age
-error message, no specifics given
One of the times i was trying again, i accidentally set to ask my parents or something like that, which permanently blocked any further attempts to prove i’m not underage.
XSolla refuses to help after they understand the problem. PRIVO doesn’t even answer (I managed to get ghosted by customer service, jesus christ).
My last hope is here. Please help me to give you money, i really want to. Thanks in advance.
Financial issues regarding store is usually dealt in the support. Create a ticket and explain your problem, they might work around for that but I doubt since it’s a issue regarding a third-party.
Randomly, can you use Privo elsewhere to make that ‘verification’ established before you spend through the Gaijin store?
Then maybe it might go ‘Hey, I’ve recognized this guy before’ and do it easier?
But as above said, Support is where you do need to go if you can’t figure it out.
The only thing this link allows me to submit is a ticket for “Problems with registration or account recovery”
