There’s no Christmas Sales, and accounts cannot be transfer.
Xbox had a sale.
Account transfers to PC only happen every so often, when it does, PS and XBOX players flood the requests, so they have to limit the time they do it.
The XBOX accounts get sales, right now they have a free pack that a tank and a plane in it for just having game pass ultimate. They sales only happen when Microsoft says they can, but they try to get them as close to PC sales as possible. Playstation is the same.
You can wish list some of the vehicles you are interested in so when they do go on sale on xbox you will get notification.
the sales on xbox are controlled by Microsoft same with PlayStation except its sony
