Have X Box account. Do I need to download through Steam, or is WT and Enlisted on XBox

I currently have a semi active set of games with both War thunder, and Enlisted.

I have been looking for them on X Box (app) on the computer to download. But cannot find it.

Will I need to pay again for it, so I can get it on the computer, or is there other options.
