Harsher punishment for leaving the game while vehicles are still available

I already said I am not playing ground you don’t have to sell it to me.

Punished twice in one game?

Once for being paired with US

Then again, for leaving when it’s lost?

Not a chance.

The issue isn’t people leaving after one death, it’s people leaving after not contributing anything to the game. Same thing with people who only take out one tank.

If I get 5-10 kills in my first spawn tank, and the game is pretty much over by the time I die, there’s nothing wrong with leaving early.

Can’t you play with your squadmates, who will probably actually have the same goals in the match? Makes more sense to have 4 players working together than hoping the randoms from the internet stick around.

I propose public spanking, would not settle for less.

As long as you record it and post it

… for science.

…try to understand why this happens and not complaining about obviously intended results?

  1. Technically seen wt is nothing more than a team-based 3rdPS with vehicles - whilst limiting otherwise infinite respawns with Spawn Points (SP) which have to be earned with activity or to be obtained with vouchers (real or in-game money).

  2. On top of that these SP are there to utilize power-ups like aircraft / CAS (which leverages, if used correctly, the probability to get “easier” kills) or nukes.

  3. So as long as wt earns cash with limited respawns, creates benefits for earning them and hampers game progress with repair cost in case of getting killed, there is no incentive to fight an uphill battle.

  4. The possibility of participation in a multi-spawn mode with a single vehicle (with a simple “buy-in”) without any knowledge (for rookies) or incentives (for experienced guys to fight on maps / in circumstances they don’t like) is a keystone of gaijin’s revenues (rookies) and part of their game design. Asking for changes is futile.

Welcome to the internet and especially this games garbage matchmaking and rewards system.
Instead of this continually punish everyone because things did not go my way, just accept the fact you are playing a garbage game and it happens.
Or else think of encouraging people to stay after getting whacked in the first few minutes of play by the wonder pixel hunters, CAS, artillery, games random luck, it mixes in any old player regardless of skill/interest or hardware.
Sick to the back teeth with these punish this punish that pervasive attitude in society because my dreams, hopes and aspirations were more than I could achieve, but of course it was everybody else’s fault and I won but was cheated out of the win by ‘them’.
It is a online game not the answer to life’s great mysterious and the solution to all life’s problems FFS.

I am one of those who left the match immediately after entering and it wasn’t for game play reasons. My wife has both cancer and kidney disease and is currently suffering an upper respiratory infection. She texted me (didn’t have the breath to yell down the hall) “Please come” and so I dropped out of the game and went to take care of her. Now, whether that punishment is 6 minutes, 20 minutes or 2 weeks, I was still going to do that. I do realize that it spoils the fun for others and I have been on the receiving end of multiple games where half my side seemed to have left before the game was 20% complete. I realize most of these are in fact gamers gaming the system. However, sometimes life happens. I think your frustration is valid and having been in the position of being one of those who may have contributed to that frustration, all I can say is that, regardless of punishment, I wasn’t going to sacrifice my wife’s life or health for any game.

i want to play airplanes and not tanks

Are you shooting mg at spawn like an idiot? I leave
Are you blocking the way out of the spawn? I leave
Allies don’t ping the guys who kill them? I leave
