Dont know about missles, but they can use guns if you are flying right in front of it. Happened with my teammate yesterday.
Spontaneously looks like there is a bug that your own missiles explode at launch for some reason. You can bug report it here (just search a bit first so that you don’t report something that is already reported and known about): (Gaijin.net // Issues)
