After adding Bismarck today, which is completely abysmal at this moment, I want to emphasize urgency of adding H-39. Or any competetive ships. We already have Challanger 3 and many otherss. So reasoning, that It was never finished is not valid at all.
Well, H-39’s armor isn’t improved at all compared to Bismarck’s; so it would basically be a Bismarck with slightly better firepower. Would still be annihilated at the first 16 inch salvo.

Sadly you are correct, .Bismarck is just simple updated Bayern-class ship. It would not break the game. It would still underpeform in comparison to few other vessels, therefore It would not break even to some. I wish we would get something more mediocre to keep up with others. 8.3 is also a joke,. Premium Gneisenau is most likely going to be better and overperforming than Bismarck.
