i think your missing the point here, the amx24 has a 50cal and better loadout while the fl11 uses the same rounds without a 50 and way less smokes

The tank is slow with cardboard armor (an m44 hit my roof .30 cal and destroyed my m51) and is severely map dependent because of HEAT.
Giving it faster shot will maybe make it work at it’s current BR.
Adding HESH - in it’s current state does not help.

In complete fairness, an m44 can shoot pretty much anywhere frontally above the transmission and just kill you anyway, like yes the m-51 is made of paper but using a howitzer to make that point is questionable

I know my aim is mid as fuck but it’s not like these are obscene angles to be shooting at accounting for map objects and such. I have penned tigers at similar angles with these guns. Fucking the second shot in particular is just an absolute scam
