Ground Vehicles **PROPOSED** RB battle rating changes

In city maps? Mostly

It’s not all that often you get to choose your opponent.
Especially in a slower vehicle like the Jumbo.

Jumbo is not a slow vehicle when talking about armor it has.

Short stab also plays the role and KV-220 doesn’t have that advantage.

EVERY encounter is around a corner?
Oh FFS. You are just being silly now.

Depends on maps

Mozdok
(Sands of) Sinai
Fields of anything
Eastern Europe

are you sure about that dot gif

Please, play some Jumbo 76 and tell me how many times You are going to have that map, especially big versions of it.

35 km/h is not quick when facing enemies at 5.7+

In any case, 5.7 vehicles facing 6.7 vehicles is not all that uncommon.
Or has that 5.7 “black-hole” issue been suddenly solved?

With that much frontal armor? It is really quick.

But it is not common when facing 6.3 vehicles etc.

I just realized that the Welkin is a higher BR than the Pucara… why???

British tax

all I’m saying is that the pucara needs to be put to 15.0 for deafening me every time I have to engage it in a spitfire

Said the man with 3817 matches.

Most of which are arcade naval… and you spoke on that matter after they made aiming easier for arcade players.

But the jumbo also has a 2.4 second faster reload, an HMG, and a slow speed stab, meaning it’s more likely to fire the first shot (barrel the enemy) then blow its tracks away and the shoot it in the side.

Vs the KV-220 which has to come to a stop for accurate fire, and has a slower load time.

You mean the same aiming you were using to try and prove me wrong during your goofy ‘test’?

On a broadside bot Scharnhorst? In a Pr23?

I have hit player targets from 32km away with a Scharnhorst using realistic aiming in EC.

I have done it with Yamato as well. Just because I prefer arcade doesn’t mean I don’t play realistic.

Edit

It’s not difficult to adjust for closing distance with realistic aiming. Unlike Arcade where the AI gunner aim can be thrown off due to ships generally turning and accelerating/decelerating faster, realistic gives you the exact dead center of a ship with a chevron. Ships also tend to accelerate, decelerate and in many cases turn worse.

This realistic vs arcade debate - at least in naval (specifically, which requires more ‘skill’ as both use different skillsets) - is a stupid argument and your attempt to shame people over their preferred mode is peak clown behavior.

Apparently this is Arcade to you now? As I stated previously, it is more likely past 6 miles to occur, but under 6 miles the scharnhorst becomes invincible to most ships… including the SovetSky, as it took 3-4 full salvos on an ai ship, (which has a level 1 crew btw) to kill it.
In a ship you deem “op”
And the only reason the scharn sunk, is because of the fire.
Apply that to any player with a level 50 crew or an expert crew… and the scharnhorst is a monster.

You point where you want to shoot in arcade. The shells land right there. It’s easy.
It has nothing to do shame, rather it’s just a different skill set, which demands more of the player.
Saying clown behavior is funny, you’re just proving to me you’ve lost the argument when you begin to attempt to insult.

I have no quarrel with peoples preferences, they just don’t apply the same.
Like I like sim for air, most people prefer realistic.

But this is off-topic and not apart of the conversation.
If you wish to talk about it, I already have a topic for that :)

Bro what? I dropped arcade a while ago and I don’t think I can ever go back. All of my issues with ground RB (with the exception of CAS) are so much worse with everyone having info on everyone’s location.

I’m not the only person that has pointed out just how vile the Pr23 is for top tier’s health. You have consistently been the only one to defend it.

Clearly, I am wrong for this singular point.

Or you just can’t accept roughly a dozen plus people - all consistently good players all telling you the same thing that you can’t seem to accept. I simply called it for what it is; clown behavior.

Except the they don’t since they will never account for a ship fish tailing, accelerating, decelerating or turning. Something you have to manually account for.

Almost like that’s how a Scharnhorst and Gneisenau usually dies; Fires in the elevator. Granted, this particular fire wouldn’t be lethal to a player but the fact remains the same.

One singular example doesn’t change the fact it’s a consistent way to kill most german battleships barring the Nassaus.

And yet post leviathans update, it’s actually killable. Go look up any thread before fire and armor changes and it will prove my point that this damn ship was in need of a hard nerf. Which it got.

Only 3 to 4 salvos.

3-4 salvos right where it should pierce through right into the ammo.

And?

You already knocked out two sections in your test, third section would have killed it regardless if you ammo exploded it or not.
