I have both sweden and italy’s air trees, I’ll admit the F-39 is probably more likely in sweden but it has a good chance of going to ITALY too. Especially over a LATam tree
No it doesn’t first off Brazil isn’t a sub for Italy. So far the only Brazilian vehicles have been either joint vehicles or Italian vehicles in use with Brazil.
So with that does the F-39 have anything to do with Italy?
The difference though is sweden has enough of it’s own vehicles for a tech tree. Brazil doesn’t

Why do you think i said LATM tree? It fills a lot of niche and unique vehicles held by multiple trees, splitting them to other trees makes no sense compared to being a combined tree.
Brazil and italy have good relations, and already have a vehicle in the tt + have purchased and are considering future purchases. With your logic why would gaijin add greece to israel? Or divide singaporean vehicles among the tech trees?

Because they added a TT version and wanted to get the money from it? They did the same with the M60 and numerous others prems which got moved to their respective subnation trees.
Simply put no other nation fit the AMX better than Italy guven they made the aircraft.

Its not being wasted, it already has a current nation its makes more sense in currently being sweden given they made the aircraft and lack a in service Gripen E with the old wing design and new one while also lacking any form of future prem
