The US has more potential rank 9 options than italy does. It wouldn’t need the F-39. While I admit the F-39 COULD be a premium for sweden but why would anyone grind sweden then? Why grind the air tree for the gripen E when you can just buy it? Not to mention the premium viggen is good enough. Some kind of gripen NG prototype would be a better premium
