I’m not 100% sure with Radeon, but it would most likely be in the App they have for your GPU. But if it was occurring in the dev server as well, AND not on the previous update, we can almost narrow it down to the game itself as Pecanin said, but we had to do this other stuff to verify that.
Quick Google said you can use DDU or AMD Cleanup Utility to do this, id probably use the AMD one, idk about DDU.
Ah okay, are the apps you mentioned are supposed to be pre-installed or do I have to install it, and where do I find them ?
Believe its called AMD Adrenaline. Google that and it should come up, same with AMD Cleanup Utility.

Edit: If you were checking GPU drivers from Device Manager in windows, definitely do not do that haha, always use the software they have for you.

Simplest way to pinpoint it as WT issue is to restart PC and play another game or few …it won’t happen there since it is 100 % Gaijin issue …it has been happening to some people for very long time now .
*If you have known about the previous bugs it looks like it could be WT.
But as the OP said, he didn’t even have the program to properly check his GPU drivers.
So no, that was not the “simplest way to pinpoint.” You can “trust but verify,” which is exactly as I have done here, Troubleshooting 101.
Update after 6 hours. I no longer receive this issue for some reason. I can finally play my Type 10 without it turning into a G Point :D. Thank you so much for your help and support! I will reach out if this occurs again. Thank you for everything !

Looks like we’ll have to review bomb them until they fix it they won’t respond to bug reports, etc. Frustrating can’t do events or earn limited time rewards!
Also WT is the only game bugging out like this my GPU is functioning normally and has all the correct drivers I am using an AMD GPU

Did you all follow the previous tasks, Updates, DISM and SFC, then checking GPU drivers with the Brand-Specific Software (Uninstalling previous one fully using the Cleanup Utility)?

I have exactly the same thing.
After few minutes the game effects the whole PC, it’s impossible to play because the picture is unclear and only the PC reset fix the problem.
