i guess just keep it for now. there might be a time where you can trade on console (specifically xbox at least) or do something else with coupons.

Xbox and Sony are quite strict on tthird party marketplaces. They force pretty much all microtransactions through their own dedicated marketplace as they can make a maximum profit from it. This is also why console sales don’t happen as much or are delayed- much larger games pay more to guarantee their sales will be available at a certain time, and War Thunder simply doesn’t have enough potential to be prioritised over something like COD or GTA5 which are still somehow money printers.
