Got banned because someone report me for no reason

hello sir
can u guys help me unban my account ? because i never using bug since the first time
i dunno why someone report me for no reason

and i alrd do object 279 event like arround 6-7 mission from total 8 mission. and i alrd try contact gaijin support and they said they cant help me to unban my account

sorry if my english grammar bad because im not good at english.
