first you should check this support article about gifts - https://support.gaijin.net/hc/en-us/articles/115000162045-Sending-and-receiving-gifts
and check your Gaijin profile page (also the sender should check his Gaijin profile page to see if the gift is shown there) then you (or rather the sender) may contact the support as only the support staff can access acount data

You have to accept the gift. Go to the warthunder Web site and then go to profile, gifts and accept
