Gneisenau at 7.7 going up against Arkansas or Texas in uptier is totally imbalanced OP nonsense - Either move it to 8.0 or move Texas, Arkansas & Wyoming to 6.3. or preferably both. Discuss. (And btw why is there no 6.5?)

The funniest part is Bismark’s the best BB in the game with Gneisenau being a good compliment to it in lineups, especially in EC.
