I gifted a premium tank ( T-80U-E1 ) to my friend, but he didn’t recive it. He restarted the game 3 times.
Hes playing on steam. Will he recive the gift after 24 hours or something like that?

I think you gotta claim it at the Gaijin Website. Because that how my friend gave me a 60 Day Premium account.
