Getting banned?

i recently got my account “permanently” banned for using a cheats mod, and in the past year playing war thunder ive never used a mod or nothing related to cheat, only mod i do have enabled is a sounds mod from the official war thunder website that provides the game with safe mods , so im so confused on how this even happen, im devastated as ive spent over $1500-$2000 in REAL cash and now its gone. idk if this is a false positive or if there’s a way i can get a Gajin dev to respond and see what’s going on faster than wait 2-7 days for a response

If it is a ban for a cheat, you’ll probably need to contact support directly. If you want to contact a gamemaster …

No - and we keep repeating this here in the forum - we GM’s will not be able to provide ANY help or information regarding game bans. We strictly handle only chat and name related issues.
