Gaijin decided that it’s APS is somehow worth two BR steps, which I don’t really agree with.
I think unique things should be pretty much in TTs for the most part, with some semi-unique stuff sprinkled around as premiums/events.

For TT please. 🙏
Could go to 11.7 easily.
No reason to ever share the same BR with M1A1.
Because an increase in vertical and horizontal traverse, the addition of thermal sights, a better APFSDS round and a niche APS somehow warrants a 1.4 BR increase over the T-72B '89?
They both have the same armour, same survivability, same mobility, same reload and same gun depression.
Inb4 “that thing should be moved up to 10.7”
You don’t have to be a good cook to tell someone their food is bad or good, though I do admit I do not play Russia at that B.R.
With your logic a lot of posts on this forum would be null and void.
would be? SHOULD be!
lots of clueless people spewing insane asylum babble on this forum
Opinions from someone with limited knowledge is generally considered to have no value bro
I mean, loads of posts in here aren’t even worth the bandwidth they’re using.
Yes, that’s the point…
You’d cut 90% of the bad takes if people actually played the tank that they’re complaining about themselves.
Is this a decent line up filler or should I skip this? I have 10 crew slots for a few nations and Russia is one of them.
Skip it. Its not worth it.
could be worth it for like 15 gjn it will sell for
Thank you. I will consider both options. It may be worth grinding for future sale since I play the game a ton already.
Which you would think is good, but if you cut the enemy team’s side out of the discussion then you will end up in a echo chamber. It is infeasable to go through everyone’s play history and say ‘you can’t comment on this vehicle’ when that vehicle impacts the very game they play, especially when the vehicle has not even come out yet.
‘‘Enemy side’’ ?
I don’t think you understand what I’m saying.
Let’s say there’s Person X that argues the Marder III H is too strong, and Person Y that thinks it’s too weak.
Both players have played the Marder III H and have a decent discussion about it because both parties having at least some understanding of the pros and cons of the vehicle.
However, if you get Person Z that argues it’s too strong but has never played it themselves, and only faced it whilst playing British tanks, they form a distorted view and over-inflated opinion of it simply because the vehicle has fantastic penetration and will one-hit-kill their British tank on the first shot.
I have no problem with persons X and Y, it’s person Z I have a problem with.
It also makes no sense to claim that this would form an echo chamber given that X and Y can still disagree with eachother.
I’m also not saying Person Z can’t voice their opinions, it’s just that I discard their opinions because they’re talking from a point of complete ignorance on the subject.
I would have to disagree with you on disregarding the third parties opinion though the rest of the post makes sense, yes perhaps their opinion means less but that is still valid in my eyes. We all share the same game and annoyingly enough what happens in places you don’t play effects what you do play. That to me at least justifies some sort of opinion worth listening to. If you just disregard it you are not seeing the whole picture.
For me it is akin to ‘I live in this country’ I can talk about my country with other people in my country but anyone outside it is invalid becuase they have not lived here. But your country heavily effects the people around it no? So surely they have something worth sharing?
This arguments rests on the assumption that the person who doesn’t play the vehicle themselves somehow has any insight to offer that people who play all relevant vehicles don’t already have.
It’s nonsense, and it sounds like you’re simply trying to justify yourself when you made a statement about ‘all Russian tanks thriving in War Thunder merely because they’re Russian’.
A claim that comes from a place of ignorance as you’ve never played these vehicles, and a claim so evidently nonsensical that I already knew you’d never played Russian MBT’s without having to check.
Max Verstappen doesn’t have to listen to some random person’s opinions on his driving style when that person has never even stepped foot onto a racetrack in their lives.
Experience matters, it’s what provides people with a balanced view of a vehicles’ pros and cons. You’re not likely to understand how easily a Marder III H dies to artillery if you only ever end up getting shot by it’s 75mm.
Seems like an argument in my favour: People who travel to different countries have a much better informed opinion about said countries than those who’ve never visited.
I mean at the same time, for example, do you need to play the 12.3/12.7 Mirage 2K to know that you are not 1 circling them with F-4S?
Or what if person Z is going off by global stats?
