They are today but not at the time that Iran acquired the F-14. Could you perhaps try and put on your thinking cap and justify in what world would giving one of your best fighters to an enemy happen? Historically, it fits. Iran wasn’t an enemy at the time. So naturally, it is (and should regardless) go to the US. There is no justification to giving it to anyone else’s literally none.

First point makes no sense, lets give Su-27 and MiG-29 to USA since USSR already have such aircraft. And that would be more realistic since US Airforce actually has Su-27 and MiG-29 and has operated them unlike China or Russia in case of F-14.
For the second one, who cares if Iran is disrespected? This is a game, also the F-14 was given to US friendly Iran.

I really doubt any significant amount of Iranian people play war thunder based on the state of the country, access to electricity, and Internet access. Also, why can’t the US have a US jet that’s actually exclusive to the US tree.
