The phillipines put FV101 Scorpion turrets on m113a2 hulls, would be a good 4.3 however you would get us brit mains fighting the America mains over who gets it as its equal parts from both nations

nah the type 74G isnt bad at all.
Its also got better transmission so mobility is far better, especially reverse speed.
Hydralich suspension, good dart.

The leo1a1 L44 is pretty good, different sort of LEO due to the fire power but slower than the other Leos at the same BR
the type 74s merely a victim of compression n power creep IMO the leo1a1 L44 is worse than the type 74.
it says its more mobile on paper but the 74G is alot faaster accelerating
and better reload im sure
I have given gaijin a full report on the 76mm HESH from scorpion (was also on saladin) performance as part of a bug report on how inaccuratley HESH has been modelled. If HESH was accurate to its real-world behaviour it would likely be a 5.3-5.7 tank. With current HESH I wouldn’t put it above 4.0 and that’s pushing it

It has a better reverse then the TT -17 vs -7 which is a nice upgrade ill give you that. Still stand by it being the worst 9.3, even if it has a slightly better HP/T then the Leos.
Its vertical travers is 4 degrees, only -6 to 9 traverse is awful even with the hydro susspesnion which takes time to adjust mid battle, would much rather take a tank with -9 depression and no hydro suspesnion.
Max speed of only 53KM/H, same standard reload of 6.7 seconds aced, it only gets 8* gunner zoom which is joint worst with Tam2ip, most tanks get 12* and some more.

I do enjoy the type 74 far more than the Leopard 1a1 L/44, had far better experience with it as well to be quite honest.
I found it to be more reliable. The hydro suspension is a gimick that is the truth.
But isnt things like the old chinese prem worse? not the T69 G II the other one that used to be there?
or was it a lower BR.
the type 74 G though isnt htat good compared to like u say, xm1, amx30supers etc.
But i do better with it somehow.

Given its a legacy chally platform I strongly want it, but I’m not sure i have the time or patience for such a long grindy event.
All those who know me know legacy chally is the only British mbt since centurion that i like (other than vickers series).
