This is a chinese themed event as well, the Object 292 was for the Year of the Dragon, so whatever, but Shir is persian for Lion

Yeah its usually only uptiered to 11.0 or 11.3 due to the type 90
FV4030/3 does not no.
As it has no thermals and L23 only, Rank VI is more appropriate.

Naval is obviously less popular, but it is dead easy to do given the 1.9 modifier!
It’s still chobham armour. 9.7 at the lowest, as the Khalid, which is essentially a Shir 2 sans fancy armour is 9.3.
Basically
9.0 - Cheiftain Mk.10
9.3 - Khalid (FV4030/2)
9.7/10 - Shir 2 (FV4030/3)
10.3 - Challenger 1 (FV4030/4)

Look at the chart in the spoiler. It shows how much each of last year’s events earned for the company on their best day, in essence.
9.7/10.0 without TVD is gunna suck. I was thinkin this could join the CR1Mk2 in a 10.3 line-up for me (getting fed up of the 11.7 uptiers in my usual 10.7 line-up) but sounds like it could be quite a major downgrade over the Mk2 that I might not bother using it then.
