I have genuine hatred in my heart for “people” who kill bombers before they drop during events. Genuinely just wait so I can get my 400 points. Or is your attention span THAT bad that you need dopamine immediately or else you’ll literally die irl
Also 45k event points is an egregious amount for people to contend with a playerbase of actual scientific parasites for. No I’m not opening my wallet for war thunder I’m not as weak as you and doing so would not fix any of the problems I have with the game.

The event is very easy if you have, and master, the mig-23ML… I finish each task in a minimum of 2 hours - maximum 2:30 hours with it
i usually let people drop unless a teamate gonna steal it or they try running
I’m in the squadron mosquito flying in a straight line towards a base, the LEAST people can do is let me get my 400-ish points before sending me back to the main menu
I’m not spending real money on war thunder this was already established.

I understand not wanting to spend money but War Thunder being f2p means the game isnt promising that every piece of content or every efficient way of grinding is going to be available without spending money… You can absolutely play for free, its just the slower/less convenient progression route. I was just saying thats how I’ve been doing the event. If you’re playing entirely F2P then yeah I can understand why 45k points feels awful as I did an event like this one, while playing a rank 2 aircraft years ago before I bought a premium vehicle, and this is really bad memories

Every single time i have someone on radar they bail out. Why cant gaijin “hire” more volunteers to moderate matches or do they not want to give away more ge as payment because theyre that cheap?
I understand this but I still don’t think it’s entirely fair to completely and utterly cuck newer players out of getting an event plane for free just because they haven’t unlocked higher BR stuff yet. Like I’m inconsistent at best in dogfights which is the main reason I’m not getting points quickly, but I’m at least getting full points (plus a lil extra) when I do get them because I’m playing jets now. I think newer players with much less progress in the tech trees should have at least a better option for grinding than they do right now without having to resort to bombing in sim, which is so insanely boring that I only do it in spurts, or opening their wallets.
To put this another way, I understand that the grind is intentional and I understand that it will always be the most efficient to purchase a premium and grind that way, but I think F2P players who missed low tier event planes should have a better option for grinding than they do currently.
Was stage 7 extended because of the update?

IMO that’s generous, cosidering the only “usable” A2G munition are the TV guided mavs. The AV-8B (NA) has laser and IR guided mavs at 11.7, plus ARMs, Zunis, 3x the countermeasures and can rearm at helipads.
The F-16XL is one of those planes that isn’t really meant to perform in a ground attack role in GRB, at least in-game, very much like the dutch F-16A in the french TT (the one from the last event) and that one is 12.7 with a greater variety of A2G munitions that can be very usefull in SIM battles.
I really think it should be 11.7 at GRB, 12.7 at SIM, ARB it should stay at 13.0 or move to 13.3 with AIM-9Ms. “Ohhhh but having AIM-120s at 11.7” lets get real, AMRAAMs are not that really usefull at ground battles since 90% of the time everyone if flying bellow 60m to avoid SPAAs

the AV-8B NA dosent have amraams tho
the Mig-25 should be 1.0 in GRB because it dosent have a gun or any A2G munitions by the logic of x plane has better A2G armament than y plane
there is more to a planes GRB br than just its A2G armament

Just thankful for the lastest major patch. Has made using AIM120 enjoyable again and making the event grind much easier.
