They are the event reward as frequently as they are because of their popularity and demand. Otherwise we wouldn’t be adding them as frequently.
Marketplace cost is one element. Not the whole picture at all.

I ment that there isn’t enough evidence since there are several variants designed in the concept stage but only one hull built that we don’t know which version it is.

So it would be the same case applied to the EE‑T1 Osório, since it was mostly made for the UAE, as the Brazilian Army didn’t have the money or interest in it.
Its a bit of a different case, as Brazil isn’t a sub tree of any nation in game currently, whereas Finland is.
Isn`t TAM and Vickers Mk.7 and Class 3 (P) also developed by their country but not operated by them and its still researchable via TT? why not sweden\Finland?

While it makes sense in this regard, there does seem to be a pattern of finnish vehicles to be put in as event/premium if its unique

Vickers 7 was tested and considered by Britian.
TAM and all other Argentinian vehicles are currently housed in the German tree and have been for some time.
Class 3 was added before SA was introduced as a full sub tree nation of Britain as an event.

Is it possible to make a separate research line for vehicles that been considered\tested but not operated by their country in the same TT of the chosen nation?
No plans for this currently. Most of the time these vehicles are best suited to events, squadron or other alternative means of deployment.
Most nations are also at their max of 5 lines in some cases too.
Is there plans to bring back the Multi-event reward system that was years ago?
Because most of the rewards are unwanted wheeled and tracked tanks with autocannons?
You have the ability to add interesting MBTs(👆) to events, but instead, you add vehicles that people not only don’t want to acquire for themselves — they won’t even be able to sell them profitably because nobody wants them!

If wheeled vehicles were actually in demand, they wouldn’t be trading for a miserable 20 cents on the marketplace.
