Geniune Question Regarding Improving In Ground

To hammer home a point, at the risk of repeating myself, those German tanks are meant to be played defensively. I.e. If you don’t know what to do, stay in the same spot. USA tanks, in contrast, are the opposite. Not that they are made to charge enemies and get away with it, but they are meant to advance through the battlefield. Since you’re playing Germany though, try and stay at the front line of your team, but also try not to move forward too fast.

Also remember I have no arcade experience whatsoever, and this is what I have learned from GRB.

Thanks for the input, though. Defensive is boring to me, so I’ll need to learn to adapt. I’d grind US, but that’s my country for navy right now.

I watched that earlier. He said play defensive, but he’s clearly pushing. I don’t know what black magic he’s got, but I ain’t got it. I was sent to the hanger in under 5 minutes in both of the matches I just played before I threw my controller and quit.

Let me clarify something here: Defensive doesn’t mean not advancing, it means letting the enemy come to you. Let them come to you, but like Cod said, you won’t be doing any crazy speed flanks in the thing. Once your front line has moved forward, you can move with them. Just that you can’t instigate the moving forward.

Also, could try commenting and asking for more “How to play German Tank” videos, as he mentioned he might do that if there was interest…
