spaced armor 💖 RPG will be less effective. Does the gun still work or is the non functional looks like they are trying to make it look like a T-62 with Brezhnev’s eyebrows. FYI Brezhnev’s eyebrows worked as they stopped NATO rounds and the Russians don’t remove them on there reactivated modernized tanks

The Thai Army is developing composite armor plates for its M60A1/A3 tanks, probably only effective against RPGs at best, but it would be a unique variant if it comes with TIFCS
A prototype is expected in 2027.

I know that she has some APC abilities and can take gun fire basically a small swat truck. With infantry mode and armored cars like a hummer (no usable gun) this could be a version of that for a Japanese R.A.T.S Squad (local swat / anti - terror team) was hoping for armor data and stuff.
Still for a anti-riot vehicle it does look nice something out of a Sci-fi which is likely why there are model kits.
Its still good you got a gun and can act like a APC for infantry mode.
That is awesome as the Thai m60 would be special and with infantry coming the composite would have a job keeping you alive keep an eye out for the prototype.
Then again the wood armor would likely do the same job. Sad Gaijin never had that as a add on armor kit as I would roll with the wood armor even if it does nothing but make me slower.

As far as i know turret was removed after first test, so…
Is there any chance of the Chu-SAM Kai getting added? The current one is painful to use
Chu-SAM Kai will be pretty same
Same overload as Chu-SAM, no TVC, so it will do same climb shooting
Maybe a little faster and higher range (but more range is not what needed)
