I mean, if you dont provide info for LO I doubt that part will be accepted. Gaijian uses a calculator for APFSDS penetration and I have my doubts type 10 can pen that much. Can you atleast point towards to specific document & page you used as a source?

Go look for it. Not my problem my jobs done and it’s submitted to the tech mods. Again, refer to the link I’ve posted for actual source material. You can run the calculations.

The limo and penetration isn’t the problem
It’s the modeling and armor. Which are both highly wrong and missing a lot there. Considering overall weight of composite used almost doubled in the type 10 vs the Type 90 it should be at 650 for game balance purposes or the tank needs removed

Besides I don’t think any of the other communities want a 100% realistic adaptation of the tank itself. 100% adaptation is not the goal here and honestly it would make it the best tank in the game. Way too overpowered to do that. Adding modules, and fixing the armor is what needs to be done and then I think we as the Japanese ground community would be happy with that

I think you and I can both agree, we’d all be happy with a little more armor and modules added. It’d be very nice of them to do, and it’d be correcting the mistake they made when the tank was added to begin with

Yes indeed. The tank is not a slouch at all apparently. From what I read and what’s assumed from the docs, it’s the same magnification as the type 10

I’ll work on that tank next, I just need time off cause I’ve spent 2 weeks in the last month working on the type 10
And I’ve started this process back in may or June of 2024 so as you can tell I’m exhausted

If penetration is not a problem why bother to report it?
I would be a bit careful with that claim if you are using the +1,271 kg and +559 kg for the hull and turret armour, respectively. The ~2x armour claim appears to be based on a projection, from my understanding, which suggests that its armour is potentially 3,200 kg rather than 4,460 kg.
Crew + Ammunition + Small arms = 1200 kg
Crew + Ammunition + Small arms + Armour = 4400 kg
Armour = 3200 kg

Also it’s assumed the gun of the type 90 may be able to fire the type 10 round
Although I’m not going to say that 100% for sure since I’d have to go back through the pages and read them carefully. For now though gen 2 thermals and 4x13.3 magnification for the gunners sight is what’s listed
