There is a never ending list of bugs on the type 10, its meant to accelerate and reverse faster than the type 90 (currently the type 90 outpaces it)
Turret armor is meant to withstand its own shell (Type 10 120mm APFSDS) on the front composites from 250m+

When they say “not enough info” they should let you put more info rather than just closing the report

AFAIK the Japanese localisation is handled by DMM, not Gaijin. And again, you made the bug report, you need to provide the sources. It’s really that simple.
