Yes it is fact. But as I noticed it is known as Kin-SAM ina Japan. Yeah, at Japanese you easily can find it using 近SAM name but it is not really famous at non-Japanese community
But Tan-SAM (短SAM) for example is much famous

I am not native Japanese but can say that googling only with kana is not the best way because many things has similar reading. So googling with Kanji is more useful
But if I am wrong, hope Japanese native speakers will correct me

I mostly use Katakana as it’s more convenient for me, however Kanji is more useful (I still struggle with Kanji ( ;∀;))

Hopefully, I think for now we could settle for both version’s of the Type 11 (11式短距離地対空誘導弾), that being the Toyota Mega Cruiser + Isuzu Type 73 6x6 Truck
Could have Mega Cruiser without radar platform and Isuzu 6x6 with radar platform (given multi vehicle is being added)
British 105mm SPH’s have HESH, while the ammunition handling between UK & American 105 howitzers is different (2 part vs semi-fixed), I’m pretty sure Gaijin would be happy to slightly fudge the ammunition for the sake balance. Would be 127mm of pen, so not terrible, 5.7-6.0 would be fairly reasonable.

At that point just don’t add it. Not all SPGs are feasible in-game and that’s okay.
JASDF Type 11 (Mega Cruiser) can’t operate without separate radar vehicle, only JGSDF Type 11 (SKW 475) can.
So it might be two variants of JGSDF Type 11, one with and one without radar. The JASDF Type 11 only works if they allow separate radar instead of just a towed system like IRIS-T SLS, but it can’t be added completely without radar.

Yeah, but it’s also a two-part vehicle with the launcher towed. So the same configuration as a theoretical JGSDF Type 11 FCS radar vehicle with the launcher on a towed flatbed trailer.
