Amazing work! I’m still working on the next list of vehicles. But Igot one for now.
Water proof Chi-Ha and Ha-Go (or “amphibious operations”.)
Been trying to find the original document or the captured Jap manual (CINCPAC-CINCPOA Item #10623). To see if they did the same thing to the chi ha Kai or other tanks.
(Aslo don’t use my photo it’s compressed you can find it with reversed image searching. You can find a higher quality one)
If Gaijin ever adds this, or the German Tauchpanzers, I really hope you would actually be able to drive underwater with them.
It would be hilarious, and also incredibly situational to the point of being almost useless especially since a lot of rivers in-game have 90° banks.
chat is this real?
Supposedly yes
Kind of like the Crowd Control one with the fire hoses. Would be awesome if they can implement a mechanic where you can just spray water into friendlies and take out the fire (or maybe even enemies lol)
Destroy enemy SPAAs by literally waterboarding their crew. Be like GTA V and their firetruck.
Would be funny indeed with Gaijin’s incompetence to make towed vehicles work.
As of now this might be the first and only footage of the VT-4 that was sent to the border.
It was featured in a video recently released by the Thai 2nd Special Forces Regiment, and for a brief moment you can see a VT-4 rushing to the front. I couldn’t quite tell what those objects on top of the turret were—maybe additional ERA? Normally, the VT-4 isn’t seen with any ERA mounted on the turret roof.
There have been many reports claiming that Thailand used its latest weapons, such as the Oplot or the Gripen, during the conflict. However, since the Thai Army is very strict about releasing videos or photographs, we still haven’t seen any actual combat footage of a VT-4 or an Oplot in battle. My guess is they may slowly release such material over time, just like this brief VT-4 appearance in the special forces video.
By the way, some time ago the thaiarmedforce.com Facebook page posted a video of a DTI-1G launching a missile from what looked like a parking lot, but the video was taken down shortly after.
More stuff for @Wiggly_Armed_Man
different photo angle for the type 92 prototype
(However, Dr. Martin Andrew notes that the uniforms in the photograph appear to be pre-war, the Vickers tanks were destroyed at Shanghai, and there were plenty of other tanks that could have been used for training by that time, such as Stuarts.)
Couldn’t find any photos to back it up.
Mi-To Heavy tank (Aka OI proto of the proto)
The Mi-To Super Heavy Tank’s trials took place without the additional 75 mm armor and without the main turret, as the 35 mm roof plate was not ready. These exclusions meant the tank weighed only 96 tons

Type 97 Te-Ke tankette Prototype? (Type 97/94 Te-Ke tankette Prototype Hybrid)?
Don’t have that much info on it but its a type 94 with 97 parts. For example the hatch. But I’m not fully sure on this one.

Type 75 Multiple Rocket Launcher Prototype
The development of the “Type-75” RSF was started by the specialists of the Self-Defence Agency Technical Research Institute of Japanese Self-Defense Forces in 1965. In 1973, two prototypes of this system were tested, and in 1975 the order for serial production of the “Type-75” was issued to the aerospace department of the “Nissan Motor Company” (now IHI Aerospace). Development of the landing gear was made by Komatsu company.
Sorry got no photos
Type 89 prototype 92 mine roller device
I’m guessing you got this version in the tt? I know you got the first prototype listed but wasn’t sure what was the M and B.
Type 89 Mitsubishi Experimental Future Tracked IFV Platform
Again I’m not sure if you got this listed as M or B
Type 3 Ho-Ni III Prototype
In 1944, a prototype was completed and was approved for service. This tank was named Ho-Ni III (II was a variant of the I adding a new cannon, III was a separate tank).
Sorry also got no photos.
Still got more to post later.
Essentially, I consider this to be the emergency backup in the case that Gaijin adds the finalized version as an event or premium vehicle. Chances are they won’t permit it due to it being the exact same chassis at a different time of development, but it’s really our only other option.
I mean we have the t28 and t95 just saying.
Type 89 prototype 92 mine roller device
Both prototypes are listed. The first one, without smoke launchers and with no covering over the HATMs, is the Type 89 FV (P). The second prototype, with the Type 74 smoke launchers and the mineroller attachments, is the Type 89 FV (M).
Type 89 Mitsubishi Experimental Future Tracked IFV Platform
Unless I got it wrong, that was a part of the CTTV program which ran in tandem with the CTWV program. It’s listed in the tree as the CTTV FV as a premium.
Good point, in that case I hope we can get a suggestion through once the shock of the inevitable event wears off.
Unfortunately, even when considering the other ASEAN nations there doesn’t appear to be any bone they can throw. There are unfounded rumors of Soviet or Chinese supplied IS-2s to North Vietnam, but even then I suspect that most of their equipment would go to China in-game anyways.
they managed to mess up the tansam kai with no means to fix it so very plausable xD
Not fully sure to be honest Id rather not give false info by accident.
